The Sidekick is a clip-on AI powerhouse designed to turn any existing pair of glasses into smart eyewear. It features a hands-free POV camera, directional open-ear speakers, and a multi-functional app that connects users to the world’s leading AI models. Whether it is translating menus in real time, recording memories, or getting hands-free help in the kitchen, the device focuses on keeping users present and their phones in their pockets.
I directed the launch campaign with the specific intent of showing how naturally this technology fits into a normal routine. I wanted the viewer to feel the transition from a standard pair of glasses to an AI-enhanced experience without the tech feeling overbearing. Along with directing the project, I executed all VFX and 2.5D motion graphics.
